Perfect for the Holidays

Hershey Kiss Cookies! These have got to be one of my favorite cookies for the holiday season and they are the cookies I've decided to do for both my recipe card swap and cookie exchange this year. Thought I'd share them with you! Jan... you'll love these!

Sift together: 1 ¾ cup flour; 1 tsp baking soda & 1 tsp salt

Cream: ½ cup butter & ½ cup peanut butter

Add to creamed mixture ½ cup white sugar & ½ cup brown sugar

Cream well then add 1 egg & 1 tsp vanilla; beat together

Blend dry ingredients gradually into creamed mixture.

Shape into a 1 inch ball, then roll in some white sugar

Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 F for 8 min.

Remove from oven, then place a Hershey kiss in the centre

Return to the oven to bake another 2 – 5 minutes
