I can't believe it's Friday already! Where on earth did this week go to? Obviously I've had my head in other places, rushing here there and everywhere, only to come up for air and realize that another week has flown on by.
Tomorrow marks our Photo a Day challenge! For those of you interested in participating here's the challenge. Take a photo each day for the month of December, create a digital or paper layout of your photo and post it to your blog. It's a lot of fun and I can't wait to start this again. My camera is all set for tomorrow.... December 1st!
The retreat last weekend was fantastic! We had nice weather, it was sunny but very cold. The ranch certainly did look different without snow on the ground. We scrapbooked our hearts out, enjoyed massages and horseback riding. The food was amazing too! I don't know how they do it, time and time again the ranch staff really outdo themselves. I mean really... Belgian waffles with strawberries and whipped cream for 40 women on a Sunday morning! We thought we'd died and gone to heaven.
I've been wrapping Christmas gifts and getting things ready to ship off to Kelowna this weekend. All the holiday cards are ready to hit the mail box tomorrow ;0 and the decorations will be surfacing from the storage locker to begin decorating this weekend. Saturday, my good friend Ann and I will kick off the month with our annual "Christmas is Coming" get together.
So other than finishing off a couple of gifts for friends (which I hope to do today)... the holiday shopping is done! Woo Hoo! Now I can concentrate on some celebrating, socializing and baking! The calendar looks pretty full already for the month and I'm ready to tackle it head on!
Have a great weekend everyone :)

Ok, Izzy - I totally have to go there! I'm afraid of the horses (thrown off and broke my tailbone because I was riding the very horse I'm sure that Satan rides) but it looks phenominal!
I don't know if I am ready for the challenge I really wanted to further along in my organization.
OH WELL!! Bring it on.
Looks like you had a great weekend
Merry Christmas!!
