One of those weeks...

...where I've been very busy juggling everything! TGIF!! Last weekend we enjoyed a fabulous Saturday evening out with our friends Ann & Rob. Rob cooked us Indian food.... OMG! it was to die for!

After dinner the four of us headed to the River Rock Theatre to see Macy Gray. Holy Camoly... what a fantastic show! She's an amazing entertainer and I just love her music! We had fantastic seats and rocked our buns off!

Afterwards we headed to the casino for some fun! Yes, we gambled a little while sipping our cocktails. We stayed overnight at our friends... and this is what we woke up to last Sunday morning. It was a white out!
We've had quite a bit of snow on and off all week. Now the rain has settled back in a it's getting washed away. All I can say is thank goodness I don't live up north where the temperatures have been hovering at a chilly -40 C to -50 C now that my friends will freeze off your eyelashes!

Work has kept me pretty busy this past week as well as the fact that I've been working hard on the program for the Vancouver Music Festival. The final proof will be going to print today!!

I went for a facial on Monday (it was one of the free GC's I won in my giant basket!) It was heaven and my skin felt fantastic afterwards. I had a nice evening out with my friend Helen on Wednesday night, it was great to catch up with her! She recently returned from a fantastic holiday in Costa Rica.... the snow was a bit of a shock for her. LOL

Today I'm meeting my friend Sue for lunch downtown and then we're going to stroll around the Health and Wellness Show at Canada Place. and of course..... we'll be heading out to friends on Sunday for our annual Super Bowl party and BBQ!

Unlike most of my friends who will be cheering for the Patriots, I'll be the odd person at the game and cheering for the NY Giants. ((sigh)) Since Green Bay didn't make it, someone has to cheer for the underdog!

Oh! and I made some birthday cards recently too!
