Snow! yes I said Snow! A rare, freak snow fall hit Vancouver and the surrounding areas yesterday... and it's not over yet! This weekend they are forecasting very cold temperatures and the chance of some more snow flurries. ((sigh)) just when I was beginning to think that spring was actually here, this happens!
Apparently this is the sort of weather pattern that happens maybe once every 30 years, PUULEASSE! give me a break! The poor cherries blossoms, magnolias, daffodils and tulips have just frozen off their tender spring hineys. What a dramatic change from last weekend when I was wearing capris, sunglasses, t-shirt and sandals!! time to dig out the winter woollies again!
On another note, regardless of the weather I went out to a crop last night and had a great time. I'm progressing with "project Kate" and am really pleased with the way the album is coming along.... oh and I won another prize! I'm on a roll... better go buy an extra lottery ticket today.
Off to another scrapbooking/stamping workshop this morning for a couple of hours and then it's back to the grind stone for me. I'm busy prepping for another fundraiser tomorrow evening for the Vancouver Women's Musical Society.
Had a great week all in all, busy as usual but that's nothing new is it? My brother and DH both have exciting news, they both are starting new jobs in May! I'm very excited for DH... he's really stoked ;) and his new office is walking distance from home. Congrats sweetie! Also Congrats to my brother, who will be embarking on an extremely challenging new job as well!

oh man...that stinks. Its rainy here in Michigan today and about 56. I will take it. Beats SNOW anyday when the calendar says April 19th.
That does stink, and I feel ya! We've had some of the same caca dump on us here in Colorado. But it was nice today thankfully. Congrats to Norbert and your brother on their new jobs! I start a new one on Monday too!
