Wow! thanks Shell! This is the first blog award I have ever received, actually I've never heard of blog awards before so this is really cool!
Shell love you to bits girlfriend! We met through TLC and really do have so much in common. We're the crazy foreigners in the crowd... you know the ones, loud, laughing, martini sipping babes that can really make heads turn! LOL Well at least we did a great job at it in SLC. I've a lot of happy memories with Shell.... and yes one day I will make it to one of your fabulous retreats!!
I have to pick 5 people now - the rules are below my picks. I hope I haven't doubled up!
Jo W. - this lady is extremely talented, a wonderful friend and has the most wicked sense of humor! I met Jo through the Scrapaholics. We've had many happy hours of scrappin' time together, some great laughs and some really interesting b&*ching sessions too!
Jan - I am blessed to know this lady, she's a great friend, it makes me sad that we live so far apart. I'd love to be able to just pop in for a chocoholic session at her house! We met through TLC and quickly became good friends, she learned the true meaning of "Adventure" when we travelled to the UK together, I think Jan thought I was insane at one point! and I discovered that I want to be a tour guide when I grow up! LOL I miss you Jan!
Susan - We met through the Scrapaholics as well. Susan is an amazing stamper and has starting to do more scrapbooking. She's a great laugh, creative, patient and manages (somehow) to do it all! I never know if she's in China, Japan, Australia or some other place on the other side of the planet on any given day (she works for Air Canada) but I'm always guaranteed at least one Saturday a month at her place to create some amazing cards! It's always a blast ;)
Sonja - aka Booker Baby - I've not yet met Sonja in person, but when I do it will be such a great thrill. Sonja is on the design team for Pick of the Patch. She's been published several times over and is just an amazing creative dynamo! I drool when I see her stuff.... here's another lady who does it all and has a large family too!
Julie Bonner at 52 Sketches This is one place I always go to when I've got Scrappers Block!
