I'm loving this hot summer like weather... we're still a couple weeks away from the official start of summer but we've had glorious hot weather for the past 16 days and the forecast is for more sunshine until at least Tuesday! Poor Kashi Kitty has been planting herself on the cool marble tile at the front door to avoid the heat, I even gave her a hair cut to try to alleviate some of her discomfort ((sigh)) the heat is not fun for my poor Persian kitty.Our friends Richie and Sue are hosting a BBQ at Deer Lake on Saturday, I'll be out on the paddle boat soaking up the rays! :) And on Sunday morning I'll be at Children's Hospital with Hayley and Mary to make the BC Crop for Kids cheque presentation on the Children's Miracle Network Telethon.... check it out between 10am & 11am on Sunday!
It's been a good, but rather busy week with work and I managed to see a few friends in between.
More on the schedule for next week and we're off to Kelowna next Friday for the weekend to visit family.
