Beware the Ides of March

Thanks to Shakespeare's dramatization, March 15th, the Ides of March, is forever linked with the 44 B.C. assassination of Julius Caesar and with prophecies of doom.

Caesar:
Who is it in the press that calls on me?
I hear a tongue shriller than all the music
Cry "Caesar!" Speak, Caesar is turn'd to hear.
Soothsayer:
Beware the ides of March.
Caesar:
What man is that?
Brutus:
A soothsayer bids you beware the ides of March.
Julius Caesar Act 1, scene 2, 15–19
For ancient Romans living before Julius Caesar was assassinated, an ides was merely one of several common Roman calendar terms used to mark monthly lunar events. The ides simply marked the appearance of the full moon.

To mark the Ides of March I have a little puzzle game for you.  Leave your answers in the comments and next week when it's officially Spring! I will have a RAK to give away.  Your answers don't need to be correct, just play along :)

Each answer is a two-word phrase or name in which the first part starts with J and the second with C, as in Julius Caesar!  example: Big name in diet plans = Jenny Craig See! it's easy!! Go for it!!

1) Prison Lodging
2) Legally sufficient reason
3) "When You Wish Upon a Star" singer
4) Abrupt shift to a new movie scene
