My SIL & her twin brother were celebrating their 40th birthday and my BIL hosted a fantastic party for them both on Friday night. It was a full house with about 30 guests there!
I managed to get some time on Saturday afternoon to visit my friend Patti who used to live in Vancouver... we had a great lunch and caught up on all the news!
Saturday evening we all went out to dinner and then split up! The boys went to see the new James Bond movie "Casino Royale" while the girls went to a ballet performance.
My nieces' cousin was dancing in the show... she was adorable and had two parts... a flower and a snowflake, at the end of the performance she even brought one of the dancers flowers onto the stage.
Sunday was short since we needed to be at the airport at 1pm. We had a family breakfast and then went to see our niece play indoor soccer! She was great and scored two goals.... her team won their game 6 - 1. Then it was off to the airport and back home!
Back to reality today... work work work! LOL
