I'm going to guess photography. You received a camera as a gift which you treasured greatly. The year was 1976, this lead to many backyard adventures which gave you an interest in travel. Your adventures needed to be documented so you chose the most fun way to do so, which got you addicted to scrapbooking at the age of 11.
