Croppers of the Caribbean

Inquiring minds have been asking me for more a few more details so I'm going to segway from the Adventures of Flat Jo and Freddy Flamingo for this post to fill you in a bit more about our first night on the cruise.

Once we were on board Diane and I headed straight up to Deck 12. All the passengers received a glass of champagne as they boarded so we finished ours off next to the pool and then ordered a bucket (helmet) of Corona while we waited for the announcement that our luggage and stateroom were ready. When we got word we could go to our cabin we went to unpack our bags and then headed to our Muster station. The safety drill didn't take long, afterwards the group got together for a photo on the lido deck.

At 7:30pm we went to the "Croppers of the Caribbean Welcome Party"... now this was fun! We received a huge AMM tote bag which the instructors then promptly began filling with free product!

Allsion called this "Our Favorite Things!" and the sponsors were extremely generous! At 9pm there was a cocktail party and more prizes were awarded in the evening. One lucky lady won the DSLR camera to use on the cruise! Lucky girl!!
We drank our complimentary "Rum Bevvies" and Coronas and danced away the night!
