Congratulations Christopher!

We are so proud of our nephew Christopher, he arrived home early this morning from his week long adventure in Toronto.  He was in Toronto for the 50th Canada-Wide Science Fair (CWFS), the highest level of science fair competition in Canada.

This week-long national competition brings together over 1,000 participants: 500 finalists (top students in grads 7-12), 200 adult delegates and 500 highly qualified judges from local colleges, universities, public and private sector labs.

Top young scientists compete for medals, cash awards, scholarships and other prizes.

Christopher and his partner Lucas won the bronze medal in the Senior category.  $2300 in prizes and scholarships.
