Laboe and Kniffel (Yahtzee!)

Laboe is on the Baltic Sea Coast, it's only 10km away from Kiel.  Ingrid and I went one afternoon and took Kester to the beach side for a lovely afternoon and a stroll in the village, the houses are so lovely!

Andrea and I spent an afternoon with Kester as well, we had a "Kaffee und Kuchen" picnic and played Kniffel!  Andrea remembered everything except the picnic blanket so we opened up the emergency car kit and used the gold foil blanket from the kit.... hilarious!  The ground was pretty bumpy underneath us, hard to play Kniffel on, so we used the inside of my Stampin' Up clear stamp case to roll the dice on!  More laughs!  Kester thought the whole thing was hilarious.  Kniffel is the german version of Yahtzee! Kester won the first game and I won the second game, Andrea won the third game, we had some great laughs!

Fabulous pictures Izzy! What a lovely house, just like in a fairytale. A stamper/scrapper is always prepared for anything lol Sounds like you had a great picnic.
