Di and I had an amazing 5 day trip to Portland Oregon and La Conner Washington. The road trip down was great, stopping along the way for some rest stops - we even found this out of the way little Craft shop! Di bought a really cute gift for her friend Robin here!
Our time in Portland consisted of the Dance show and shopping! and when I say shopping I mean shopping! Di can power shop and she is the "shoe queen" - she ended up with 9 pairs of shoes by the end of the trip. LOL All hail the shoe queen!!!
Our Dance show was amazing! the music and energy from these hip hop guys was fantastic and I loved the fact that they used national music. Brazilian and French! My favorite was the energetic dance set to a Brazilian Tango... OMG amazing!
We power shopped at the outlet stores in Troutdale (just outside of Portland) This place had 45 stores, we arrived promptly at 10am and didn't finish until 7pm!!! LOL a full day of laughs and fun!
The following day we power shopped at the Lloyd Centre in Portland - hitting Macy's, Nordstrom's, Marshall's, Ross, Barnes and Noble, Victoria Secrets and a whole host of other shops in the mall.
On our way out of Portland we stopped at Costco, Jo-Ann's, The Container Store (OMG! I could live there!) and made our way to La Conner.
La Conner was lovely - loved all the cute little shops and signage.... we took lots of sign photos and enjoyed sitting by the river in the sunshine.
There were some other shopping stops on the way home too.....Target, KMart, WalMart et al! Di was on a hunt for some basketball/baseball cards for her son and some Haribo Gummies.
Let's just say, with all the walking we did, it's time for a pedicure!

fabulous pictures!!! especially of the dolls!!! and what a shopping spree you two had, it just must have been a blast ... i wonder if the little dolls have any secrets to share ??? lol!
